Return Policy
Addison Ash prides itself on producing garments of excellent quality which will last. However, if upon receiving your garments you are unsatisfied; please contact us with your concern. We will assess the garment and endeavour to find a solution.
If the garment is deemed to be faulty we will happily replace it if we are able.
If we are unable to replace the desired garment, we will issue a refund.
If the garment is an incorrect size or you change your mind, exchanges will be enabled if –
– There is stock available and
– The garment is received within 21 days of dispatch.
– The garment is in its original condition with swing tags attached
– The garment had not been altered or laundered
If the desired size is not available a credit note will be issued. Please observe the sizing chart carefully. If the incorrect size is purchased, the shipping costs of returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please observe and follow the care instructions contained within the garment carefully, as some of the fabrics and garments are delicate and require specialized care to ensure their longevity.
